Local Disabled Man Completes 15,000 Feet Skydive for charity

In Aid Of CFFG (Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Gibraltar)

After much anticipation, on the 12th of December 2012, the brave Stuart Cerisola carried out a nail-biting 15,000 foot skydive in aid of the CFFG, despite being wheelchair bound. Ever since the doctors gave Stuart the all clear to jump out of a plane at 15,000 feet and endure a 60 second free-fall, reaching speeds of up to 125 MPH, he never looked back, and started rigorously fund-raising along side his ever so supporting wife, Muriel Cerisola, and with their valuable help, and that of the CFFG committee; over £1,000 has been raised! We would like to thank the community as a whole for their donations, and the following companies for their kind sponsorship: -Attias & Levy -Gibraltar Live -AquaGib -Interbuild
The chairperson of the CFFG adds: ”We are ever so proud of Stuart, and we think his bravery is exemplary, we cannot thank him and his wife enough for all the funds and awareness they have raised in such a short period of time.”
