Background Launched in Gibraltar in June 1992, Insight Magazine is the Rock’s longest established quality monthly publication, and has established its brand name in both Gibraltar and nearby Spain. Part of its popularity is based on our policy that Insight should contain interesting and informative editorial content, along with top production values.

Content Insight carries well-researched features and top-quality glossy colour photographs on subjects as diverse as lifestyle, culture, history, ecology, health and well-being, social issues, property, and business and finance.  Our magazine has featured interviews with both local personalities and well-known international celebrities. Our articles have a long shelf life, as the subjects covered are features and interviews, which remain a topic of interest months later. Past copies of Insight Magazine can be found in many establishments, such as doctors’ surgeries, dentists’ waiting rooms, hairdressing salons, clubs, St. Bernard’s Hospital, The Garrison Library, John Macintosh Hall Library and the Gibraltar Government Representative Office in London.

Distribution 6,000 copies of Insight magazine are distributed free of charge all over Gibraltar, throughout the month, all year round. Distribution points include all hotels, marinas, retail outlets, restaurants, airport, banks, tourist offices office premises and business parks. In nearby Spain, they are distributed in many areas, including outlets in Sotogrande, Pueblo Nuevo De Guadiaro and Alcaidesa, and in Casino San Roque and golf clubs, Magazines are also sent every month to the Gibraltar Government’s Representative Office in London and to subscribers worldwide.
