Insight Magazine Is Not Just About Advertising
When you take
up advertising space in Insight you are also investing in public
relations. We believe in supporting our clients whenever possible, for
example by giving coverage to sporting and cultural events that you may
be sponsoring, thereby giving wider publicity to your public
relations/promotional events. The placement of commercially orientated
‘advertorials’ promoting businesses and services is also possible via
our publication.
Free Distribution
Insight is
published monthly, and is distributed free of charge throughout
Gibraltar in many different outlets, including all local banks, marinas,
hotels, the airport, offices, shops, bars, restaurants, industrial
parks, on-line betting companies and to most firms based on the Rock, as
well as in nearby Spain, in hotels, golf clubs and other establishments
(including Casino San Roque and in the Alcaidesa, Sototgrande, Almenara
and Pueblo Nuevo De Guadiaro areas). It is also available at the
Gibraltar Government’s Representative Office in London.
Articles & Circulation
The publication has grown steadily to become Gibraltar’s most popular
colour magazine, due to the quality of the product and our policy that
Insight should not simply be pages and pages of advertising with very
little editorial content. Insight carries well-researched reports
(supplemented with top-quality colour photographs) on subjects as
diverse as local history, ecology, culture, business and finance, sport,
health and beauty, social issues and current affairs.
We
are proud to have featured in our magazine not just local personalities
but also well-known international figures, such as Ocean Village
developer, Greg Butcher, Barclay’s Gibraltar Manager, Franco Cassar,
entertainers such as Lionel Blair, Jasper Carrott and Robert Powell, and
the towering political figure of Nelson Mandela. Our articles have a
long shelf life, as the subjects covered are features and interviews,
which remain a topic of interest months later. Past copies of Insight
Magazine can be found in doctors’ surgeries, dentists’ waiting rooms,
hairdressing salons, clubs, St Bernard’s Hospital, the John Macintosh
Hall Library, etc.
